Pros
Healthy environment. Good work life balance. Less work pressure. More benefits and bonuses. One of the best companies to work.
Cons
Promotion and hike based on contribution towards company values and not based on metrics or performance. Career goals are not transparent. Since this is something to do with the operations department and not the whole company. The department is good for people who are active participants in social activities and not good for people who would struggle to socialize.
