      + Base Salary is great + Bonus and stock structure are great + Work/Life balance is great + Very strong revenue stream

      Cons

      - Politics. This company you move up on who you know, not what you do - They want to take it back to a start up. The way they are doing it is horrible. - They go through management/upper management like no other company i have seen

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
