Pros
Great location and benefits. Nice campus environment that is very supportive of diversity. Open environment has created a great opportunity for collaboration. PayPal has yet to take advantage of this.
Cons
Constant shifting of priorities creates lack of focus and makes people constantly think of their next role. Leadership can be abrasive at times even when the intent is good. Selfserving approach by management has slowed the potential to be a leader in the marketplace.
