The Salary is below standards for the role and sector, especially because it's more demanding than similar roles within other companies. The mentioned annual salary is divided by 13 pay periods, leaving you with even less. Micro management, office politics, unskilled leadership ( most managers seem to be promoted from within, without necessarily having the management/ leadership skills). Promotion seems to be based on a "friends with" basis. Very repetitive and draining role. Too much focus on handling times rather than quality, good customer experience or solving a query.
