Pros
Hands down best benefits - cheap healthcare coverage and a 4 week sabbatical every 5 years of employment. The company has an enormous amount of potential and its future is bright. They do make efforts to empower employees and show that they are appreciated.
Cons
Sometimes the efforts to show appreciation fall short or don't seem genuine. Pay is low for what is required in certain departments. The biggest pain point for me was the internal hiring process. It is very confusing and difficult when attempting to advance within. I earned three promotions but eventually hit a wall because I do not have a degree yet. There are several employees who are more qualified for a certain position that do not have degrees that don't even receive an opportunity to interview. It became extremely frustrating.
