Be always wary to be impacted by yearly cut short culture. Performance equity alloted for good work too will be taken away. Old timers rule, only learn legacy politics from bosses, who can't thrive in modern work cultures. So, they make other hardworkers or ICs life miserable. Push back culture, no career growth. Surveys happen regularly. But, leadership uses it to identify people who are unhappy raise concerns and let them out, when they open up through answers. Lot of good PR or media puller company. Then, initiate layoffs in the name of restructuring. Its utter cheap practice. Few good leaders were packed off. But, top leadership of the company sits tight without their Salaries or Equity impacted in anyway during such pandemic situations.
