Pros
Getting better at aligning with a set strategic direction. I like my team members and everyone works well as a team. My boss is always interested in my career progress and the overall organization has shown they are committed to helping people develop in ways that are of interest to the worker specifically. Good WLB.
Cons
There is an environment of getting things done through personal connections rather than overall alignment with KPIs and company strategic priority, but leadership is working to move away from this model and things are improving.
