      Inclusiveness, Wellness, Company culture, Implementation of Company Core Values, Empowerment, Encouragement of self-development. Clear Company structure with no micromanagement but empowerment.

      Cons

      I will not try to find negatives for the sake of finding flaws, as it was my best employment experience as to putting core values into day to day business.

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
