Pros
Offers great medical benefits, tuition reimbursement, pay for performance bonuses, paid time off, you get a 1 month sabbatical (30 days time off paid!) for every 5 years you work there, lake to walk around, outdoor volleyball court, grills available for BBQ's, arcades in both buildings, full servicing cafes, 24 hour gym, flexible work schedules and I'm sure I'm forgetting more!
Cons
The biggest con for me (will not affect any new hires) being grandfathered into a certain shift negates me from applying for other rolls and moving up in the company. Many employees are grandfathered into a three 12 hour day shift which is great for having children however they took this shift away (which also included a pay increase) and if we were to change positions we loose the additional pay and will be required to work at least 4 days a week. This does not work for my life balance.
