Pros
- Health benefits, insurance is very comprehensive -Company cares for you, in the midst of the pandemic no firings reported for saving on costs -Good place for a fresher -Great initiatives such as RSUs for employees across levels
Cons
-Management in Risk Operations looks at you like a machine that is expected to churn out case items at a fixed rate every hour, i.e., you can finish double your daily case count in half the time but will still be expected to be at your desk. - Entire department was asked to take toilet breaks using a break code on the system at one point. They clearly don't see you as human. - Nepotism quite evident, a manager was asked to resign instead of being fired even after being found out by HR. -Promotions process is convoluted and opaque.
