Pros
Payments, many companies seek payments experience. New management changed the culture of paypal from buerocratic to technology company. Good work life balance. Good cafeteria with multi cuisine options like indian dosa, naan and curry, chinese, sushi, mexican, american etc.
Cons
Developer productivity sucks. The development environments and application frameworks are customized to paypal, slow in adapting to latest technology trends, lot of legacy code and services. The landscape is changing but its still slow.
