Pros
No micro-management but favouritism and local lobbies are deeply anchored which could block your way up.
Cons
They want to Yankee you up! And robotise you. Processes sometimes can't be applied to certain markets due to culture differences but it doesn't seem to bother them despite many and many complaints and feedback. Salaries are under standards, good job to build up a cv though.
