Tons of bureaucracy in several business units Tons of changes. Org changes are good when you have a clear purpose, but it feels like they are just juggling around without a clear path at times Talent hurdle in many teams, they tend to lock you up in your role for ages Once you have a base salary, that’s not gonna get adjusted to market rate. Expect a lame yearly wage increase, even after getting promoted Team Management is very technical, and while that could be good, in most cases it isn’t. Team managements priority should be it’s people, and actually leading. Promoting engineers doesn’t always result in good leadership. Upper management doesn’t seem to understand this.
