Pros
Good environment, great facilities, full health care, gym onsite. Good people in general to work with.
Cons
Unskilled management, almost brainwashed in believing in the "paypal way" favouritism, criticism of paypal policies or management is almost a mortal sin. Likes to project itself as an equal opportunities employer which is sadly not the case if you have opinions of your own and don't follow the PayPal "cult"
