Pros
It's a very focussed company. You get a lot opportunities to learn from a good crop of engineers around you. There is a strong emphasis on getting people what they need to be able to advance in their careers. All in all a very good work environment.
Cons
A tab bit difficult to maintain work life balance. There seems to a shortage of equipment (laptops/montiors etc) and sometimes they give out refurbished stuff to new hires. IT dept. is not that great.
