Pros
The culture is pretty good. Flexible WFH for those who don't feel safe going into the office yet.
Cons
Benefits are not competitive and longer. Pay is awful, and long time employees get taken advantage of my having more and more work piled on without additional compensation. Areas of the company are still quite sexist when it comes to advancement/pay.
