Hands down the main reason to keep working here was the best medical/dental/vision benefits available.
Cons
Your experience will greatly vary based on your supervisor all the way up. I had some of the worst and the best supervisors during my time there. Terrible work/life balance. Only in recent years did they give sick leave or close on Christmas. If you are in an operations team expect to work most holidays. Expect to get an attendance occurrence if you are a minute late for work. Emergency in late or out early? Depends on your supervisor if they will work with you or not.
