      good compensation, Great engineers , ok work-life balance

      Cons

      I have been here for 4 years and I have seen almost 6-8 re-orgs in such a short time. I see that senior leadership has no clear vision . Their indecisive nature leads to lot of confusion among the employees when the projects are moved around the teams very frequently for no reason.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
