Pros
Friendly people, family-oriented and supportive for the most part. Many opportunities to be involved in various interest based activities and volunteer activities. On-site gym, trainers, massage therapists, organized and fun health-based team competitions (at least pre-pandemic). Employees eligible for 4-week sabbatical every five years. Professional and seasoned senior leaders.
Cons
Dispute great benefits, base pay doesn’t appear to be in line with market rates and annual increases are almost negligible. However, there appears to be incredibly inconsistency for both.
