Some of the brightest colleagues around! Great culture, brand loyalty. Decent benefits and tracking-free vacation (if your team supports you taking the time you need). Sabbatical after 5 years.
Cons
So much restructuring and reorgs that layoffs happen frequently. Make sure you negotiate great starting base pay because raises are difficult to obtain higher than 2 or 3%.
