      No micro Management, Place for New Ideas/Innovation. Wonderful work environment. Caring for the people-People first motive.

      Cons

      Few teams , we could see managerial intervention more which at times makes you loose the interest in work you do.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
