      Ownership of work. Unlimited PTO Supportive Managers

      Cons

      Lot of attrition and lay offs, no job security. You could be working on kick-ass projects one month and suddenly be let go the other month. Leaders make decisions without understanding of ground reality. Leadership instability.

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
