Executive Assistants: Unstable & Unsupportive Work Environment - Executive Assistant PayPal Employee Review

Unstable work environment. Low morale. High turnover. Executive Assistants are treated like bottom of the barrel, and not supported or valued when their executives leave the company. EAs are not reassigned to another VP after their execs leave the company, and are required to find their own VP to support (or lose their job), essentially scouting out and selling themselves to keep their job. EAs also were just notified that they no longer receive stock options, or equity in the company as part of their AIP. Unsettling work environment.
