Never again - Escalations Specialist PayPal Employee Review

Some teammates are nice and will work fairly however politics runs immensely. The Operations Manager has favoritism, everything is toxic from your task wherein you take in escalated calls to doing subject matter expert tasks, wherein your workmates regularly make excuses so that they won't have to work. (some do offline tasks to avoid taking in calls). Overall, all I had earned from working in this position were false hopes because they would only use your skills to become a temporary team leader but would not confirm you at all, and it had taken a toll on my mental and physical health because even my team leader wasn't as supportive at all.
