      I was given a lot of freedom to speak up a lot of idea. The management focus on the people.

      Cons

      The management level seems to be blinded by the quantity of the metric while the quality are getting worst.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
