Pros
Some great people but very self focused executive team who seem to pay lip service to the mission and do not match their actions to their words. And do not use the product.
Cons
Management says one thing and does another - Lots of talent is leaving the organization these days because of this. Those who are leaving consistently mention the top levels of the company as being the main reason.
