Pros
My first years at PayPal were fantastic. A lot of professional growth opportunities and meeting fantastic people during the first years with the company.
Cons
However the following several years was met with bad senior/executive management, lack of continuity of vision, constant layoff cycles, and absolutely no WLB. So much so, I came to the personal decision to leave the company and retire entirely from corporate life.
