      So inept, you can't possibly be punished for bad performance.

      Cons

      So inept, you can't possibly be rewarded for good performance. Immensely stressful, unfair, unrealistic, and absurdist work if you're in middle management. Working at PayPal killed everything in me that loved management. I'm back to being an IC now.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
