Good culture Leadership puts efforts and ensures employee friendly culture is maintained even after new managers are hired or internal promotions are done Supportive team members Flexible working - 2 days WFH and 3 days office Ample of opportunities. You just name it and leadership will provide you opportunities to prove your potential which can help you grow. I just love being part of PayPal for it's culture.
Cons
Can't think of anything except 3 days office is mandatory which is hard to meet considering Bangalore's traffic People are not in habit of working from office anymore so 3 days are unproductive or people at to work late in evening on those days to compensate time wasted in the name of collaboration in office
