Pros

2 way cab facilities provided

Cons

To be frank the worst management's ever seen in the entire career. They have terminated previous management which made the company run very good which lead to a great success and have hired some ruthless senior managers and managers which treat their employees as slave. This was company was a typical operation company and now they have converted it BPO and treat all the employees unworthy. In my entire career I felt offer letter is just a piece paper and no value for it. There is no promotion or IJP nothing provided. To be frank they have ruined the reputation of the company entirely which had amazing reputation and success towards US and India. Employees are not treated as employees they are treated as slaves. Highly recommended not spoil your career in Paychex India. There is no proper structure in this company it’s like and one man show run company. Please requesting everyone not join this company it will screw your peace of mind and your health.

Pros

Paychex is a great company to work for. I’ve held multiple roles over 20+ years. There are always ups and downs, but for every position, manager, decision I disagree with, there are ten others that are outstanding.

Cons

It’s a large company with many opportunities to grow, but smaller companies may offer higher compensation.

Pros

Remote work and Flexible Time Off

Cons

Low pay. Minimal to no career growth. Constant leadership turnover. Conflicting priorities from the top with little strategic direction. Endless “do more with less” mentality and burnout. Mandatory culture and positivity “training” instead of fixing the problems creating poor culture. The company has become reactive, chaotic, and disconnected from the employees who keep it running. Current CEO drove down stock price and eradicated worker morale. Terrible leadership.
