I don't even know where to begin. Management in the agency is horrible. They take forever to respond to ongoing issues and they have no set metrics to follow. They are rude and abrasive. We work our butts off but get measly salary increases yearly. They severely underpay and the morale is quite low. They don't tell you how they determine your bonus since there are no set performance measurements. The internal partnerships are a joke as well, since everyone is out for themselves. At the end of the day, we are just a spoke on the wheel and the managers will continue to do what they want and enhance their salary. I would not recommend anyone work here, as the company continues to fall apart at the seams. I am actively looking to leave this disaster of a company.
