Pros

Sometimes we get free food.

Cons

EVERYTHING- we have very high turnover rate with in the pass year. Do you think they care? Management knows absolutely nothing but act like they do. Moral here is in the negative because they don’t listen to employees. Management is always loud in there meetings (so ghetto). And the pay... please don’t get me started. Oh if you have any ideas to present “keep them to your self”! If I can give them no stars I would.

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Remote work and Flexible Time Off

Cons

Low pay. Minimal to no career growth. Constant leadership turnover. Conflicting priorities from the top with little strategic direction. Endless “do more with less” mentality and burnout. Mandatory culture and positivity “training” instead of fixing the problems creating poor culture. The company has become reactive, chaotic, and disconnected from the employees who keep it running. Current CEO drove down stock price and eradicated worker morale. Terrible leadership.
