Pros

When asked how I like my job the first thing I always say is that I love the people I work with. It is a very positive work environment and we make the most of it. Decent potential for extra income through sales referals. Most of the clients are very nice to deal with and make the success of the day very rewarding

Cons

Pay scale does not reflect the amount of work we do. Management is very out of touch with the actual opperations on the floor. Company rolls out these new manditory procedures and then never follows through on anything. Extremely high stress envorimnent with time sensitive material. Your pile of work never gets any smaller. Get one task done and two more are waiting for you. Did I mention the pay doesn't reflect all that we deal with?

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Remote work and Flexible Time Off

Cons

Low pay. Minimal to no career growth. Constant leadership turnover. Conflicting priorities from the top with little strategic direction. Endless “do more with less” mentality and burnout. Mandatory culture and positivity “training” instead of fixing the problems creating poor culture. The company has become reactive, chaotic, and disconnected from the employees who keep it running. Current CEO drove down stock price and eradicated worker morale. Terrible leadership.
