Pros
I learned so much here about the B2B and enterprise world. You learn a lot about 401k and you will get way better with finances. Great company, they train you well and you can make really good money. If you jell with your boss, admin and partners you will crush it. They give you warm leads and provide you all the tools to succeed. I had great and ok managers while I was here which played a factor on my results. They do cool stuff and go cool places if you make your numbers.
Cons
For a sales role its almost too collaborative. If you get a partner/admin that is not good at their job it will effect you in some way.
