Pros
Everyone in the learning department is brilliant and dedicated. It's a friendly atmosphere where colleagues always take the time to help each other. The company cares for employee health and wellness and is working hard to make progress in inclusion and diversity. They offer great benefits at a much lower rate than you'll find elsewhere. Managers in the learning department trust their people to get the job done, so there is no micro-managing. Individual contributors are encouraged to make change where we see a need, though everyone likes to be involved so this can take a long time to implement. This company is also very stable and is always preparing for the future and what's to come next.
Cons
This is an old company that feels slow to change, but it does make big changes where it counts (i.e., inclusion). Salary may be lower than other places, but the low cost benefits make up the difference.
