Pros

The pay was fair and at the time it was fully remote.

Cons

The training, at least while remote, was poorly implemented for new hires, in particular external hires. Training was not for my actual department and was instead for a call department with different day to day responsibilities and restrictions. This meant when training ended we were all figuring out what we learned but didn't actually do and trying to teach ourselves how to do things we didn't learn anything about. We were given "trainers" to help us through the transition but most of them were generally unavailable as they were also actively working the position they're assigned to train someone to do and did not have the time to help us.

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Remote work is a plus. Collaboration from peers is more plus than minus. Documentation of business technology was great for the most part.

Cons

Worse holiday observance company I ever worked for. Pay is low for what is asked. Work/life balance was good until 2025. Mid-level leadership and above is not ideal. I had little guidance when I started so, especially from manager so had to figure things out with help of peers.
