Business Outlook
Pros
There were many opportunities for additional trainings to attend. Division and company had growth.
Cons
Besides low pay, each division was run differently, so much so that it felt like each was its own mini-company. There was no cohesiveness between divisions that were similar in terms of function. Job titles and compensation of positions that did more or same job function in one division were lesser than very comparable positions in other divisions. Also, managers had too much power to reject employees from advancing to other divisions. People were constantly asked to perform higher ranking duties without compensation. It only ceased in my department after a warning from HR.
