Underpaid for the amount of workload. Workload continues to grow and although additional tools are provided and depts consolidated Ina an effort to create more productivity upper management has no idea that it is creating more work for the front line. Year after year the engagement surveys show that there is too much work and not enough pay and yet nothing is done. Excellent customer service is expected yet the workload is too great to be able to provide the level of service the employees desperately want to. Turnover is high due to all of this. Upper management/ executive team is completely unaware of the reality in the field. At least I hope that is the case and not that they are aware but choose to do nothing to make it better.
