Pros
Flexible hours, some employees able to work from home, free parking, good medical insurance, free life insurance equal to your annual salary, 401(k) match of 50% for up to 8% of what you contribute, cross functional teams usually work well together, management is accessible
Cons
Dental insurance is not good (MetLife), short term disability insurance is a pain due to horrible third party vendor (MetLife), the wrong people are promoted (sometimes the hardest workers are rarely/never promoted and pigeon holed into a position), no room for growth even though they claim there is through making meaningless annual goals, pay is VERY low for my field, not enough company paid holidays (you have to work Black Friday and Christmas Eve - these are hard to take off since it is a payroll company - nothing ever goes on on these days, so you're sitting at your desk waiting to go home, poor employee morale (company politics are the worst I've ever seen).
