      Pros

      Job is generally simple. The pay is alright, but not really competitive. The non-management team is actually amazing, but management spoils it.

      Cons

      A manager at the nettime office of Paychex will regularly yell at employees. He'll tell them to shut up, direct profanity at them, threaten to fire them for minor infractions, make employees cry. Upper management knows this happens, no change in his behavior. HR was alerted, no changes were made. He single handedly ruined my experience at the company. The environment is hostile.

      Pros

      People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

      Cons

      Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

      Pros

      Remote work is a plus. Collaboration from peers is more plus than minus. Documentation of business technology was great for the most part.

      Cons

      Worse holiday observance company I ever worked for. Pay is low for what is asked. Work/life balance was good until 2025. Mid-level leadership and above is not ideal. I had little guidance when I started so, especially from manager so had to figure things out with help of peers.
