      Pros

      My team and the people are amazing. The new comp plan is great for those at the very top.

      Cons

      High quotas- hard to take a vacation. Very little work/life balance. Prioritizing shareholder gains over long term growth. Operations and service are a disaster… and they just cut more of them. Technology and new leads are lacking. Training is sub-par and minimal- throwing employees to the wolves. High turnover. Corporate constantly makes decisions that management and salespeople disagree with. Entire departments are struggling which is a major problem for a company that relies on partnership for success.

      Pros

      People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

      Cons

      Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

      Pros

      Remote work is a plus. Collaboration from peers is more plus than minus. Documentation of business technology was great for the most part.

      Cons

      Worse holiday observance company I ever worked for. Pay is low for what is asked. Work/life balance was good until 2025. Mid-level leadership and above is not ideal. I had little guidance when I started so, especially from manager so had to figure things out with help of peers.
