100% remote; unlimited PTO; truly uncapped commission structure; amazing benefits
Cons
Lack of training. Individual contributors make more than their managers. Thus the best talent never wants to get into leadership, which prevents the development of other reps to be coached to the next level of productivity. Also, ongoing policy changes have created competition internally between divisions instead of creating an environment that promotes sales divisions to work together. Too much focus on DEI. I've seen some amazing talent bypassed because of the focus on demographics or other factors that will NOT help get the job done. By doing so, the "inclusion" mentality always creates exclusion......
