Pros

I have worked at Paycom's headquarters in OKC for about 12 weeks. I love the atmosphere. It's upbeat, energetic and fun. My favorite things are - subsidized catered lunch every day and always a healthy option. Employee only pays $4 and you can use your badge for auto withdrawal from your paycheck. I don't have to carry cash! - a great gym and lots of classes like Boot Camp and Zumba - free to employees! - monthly celebration of anniversaries and birthdays with free lunch. - fun contests - we decorated our cubes to celebrate the Thunder games. People went all out! - Free stuff! T-shirts, candy jar, picture frame, bag chair ... all given to every employee just in the last 12 weeks! -monthly "all employee" meetings to keep us informed about what's going on. - training - ongoing! For everyone.

Cons

Co-pay on benefits was a little higher than my previous job, but still not too bad. Temperature of the offices are a little colder than I like, but they give all employees a free jacket, so not a big problem. Not much "age" diversity. Most everyone who works here is in 20-30 years old.

Pros

I've loved my time working at Paycom in the sales department in Michigan. We have an excellent team culture and there is a great work/life balance!

Cons

No cons, I see myself working at Paycom for as long as I can.

Pros

Paycom offers very competitive starting pay for the Oklahoma City area. The medical benefit is only $1 for employee only coverage. They also offer something called the Zero Card for medical coverage as well for no cost. Highly recommend using the Zero Card if able to be used. The card can save a significant amount of money. Many of the immediate supervisors and peers you work with are professional. Overall the people are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

There are a lot of changes going on currently. As someone who prefers stability the last two years have been extremely challenging. The workload seems quite excessive as multiple departments have been consolidated. In the last two years I had leaders change about every three months for various reasons. Automation within the company has eliminated many positions this past year. Changes have been made to the medical plans so that several medications are no longer covered. This is extremely unfortunate especially because no one was notified until after open enrollment was completed. One medication for diabetes treatment and weight loss was cut, the company response essentially was "we have a gym, please use it. "
