Pros
Once you reach Executive Rep status, the compensation structure is pretty ridiculous! Good benefits, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Good company overall, impressive growth, good product, and good place to get quality sales training.
Cons
The enjoyment of the job depends on your Sales Manager/office. Some offices have an awesome culture; others do not. My office had a TOXIC culture, leading to reps turning over every 1-2 years (or sooner). It gets to the point that, no matter how much money you're making, it isn't worth it anymore. It's unfortunate because I still do believe it is a good company with a lot to offer, but that isn't attractive when the office environment is so toxic. Turnover throughout the sales force is very bad as a whole. There were about 25 people in my sales training class (throughout the country). After 1 year there were about 10 of us left; two years later, only 4 of us left. Overall, a good place to get a few years of B2B sales experience and make some money, but not a long-term career. Go somewhere that treats you like a human, not just a number.
