No work life balance, constant moving of the goal post, very sketchy way of paying out commissions, huge turnover in every sales office, cult like culture. There were 2-3 token POC in the entire executive sales force. I’ve been told by multiple recruiters that they find it impossible to hire diverse staff with management and if they wrote down the real reasons they could told for refusal we’d be sued. They fire people for breathing wrong and don’t give new reps time to ramp up. They have gone on a huge firing spree lately to avoid doing layoffs and even our project
Managers have no remote capabilities. They will hold the money you’ve already earned once separated.
