While constantly adding new products and enhancing/changing existing new products, Specialists are expected to learn and adapt to what can be MAJOR changes without notice. Most notably, adding an entire ACA product in the middle of 2015 without fully training the PSD Specialists and even the CRRs and TSRs has created a huge problem for our year end processing. We were not prepared and things are constantly changing without acknowledgement and especially without any increased compensation for tripling the workload in PSD.
Letting other positions garner commission on signing paperwork while forcing others to complete 99% of the work does not motivate those who carry the company on their shoulders.
