      Since earning my Bachelors in Organizational Leadership, I have found Paycom deeply supportive of continuous learning and growth. -As a Team leader, I've been trusted to make process improvements, Lead initiatives and develop my team and putting my classroom knowledge to real world use. - Leadership is approachable, clear about expectations and constantly encouraging professional development. -The tools, trainings and community are amazing and open many doors of opportunity throughout Paycom. -The Winning culture makes you proud to be a part of this company. -Competitive Pay, strong benefits, work life balance and amazing leadership.

      Cons

      The company's fast paced nature means things evolve quickly and expectations stay high, but if you're eager to learn and adaptable, that environment fuels growth.

      Pros

      The work we do is challenging but is satisfying. $4 dollar lunches are great and I enjoy the people and managers I work with. We have gone through changes, but the changes are worth it and the tools we are provided keep us successful. The salary is great and top level, highly recommend working here if you love a challenge. I promise you’ll never be bored.

      Cons

      The workload and hours can be heavy at times, but the long-term gratification is worth it. Paycom is about long-term investment, and it requires patience and perseverance but it’s worth it, if you are strong enough.

      Pros

      - training that will improve your skill - become better at fear management (fight mode is real)

      Cons

      - you will be threated to be fired- many many times (even if you work extremely hard) - your hard work is not valued- unreasonable expectations - there is not benchmark of success- goal always moves out of reach - no support, managers are more worried about not being fired than helping you
