Pros
- Great product, Paycor did a great job on building their HCM solutions, and are constantly updating and adding more - Great people, tons of very nice and genuine people throughout the Paycor team - Company is growing, and will continue to grow - Prior to past 6-8 months, company was building a great culture, tons of enthusiasm, really focused on their people - if you can commit to 2-3 years here, many doors will open in terms of how marketable you will be for your next role, HCM industry has always been a breeding ground for spring boarding reps into some pretty great opportunities
Cons
(Specific to East Side Region) - Unfortunately, company fell into same trap many companies do when they go public. lost sight of their culture, stopped focusing on their people, and solely care about trying to hit their numbers - Unrealistic goals (activity model & quotas). Only a very small % of sales reps are at/above quota, majority are way off due to very unrealistic expectations, which has led to increasing weekly activity model (more calls, more emails, etc.) - Great Managers for the most part, unfortunately, they are limited to how much they can help, because of very poor leadership from their higher ups.. - Director, VP level - alot of problems in this arena, people in these roles who do not have a clue about the actual industry/job, have no real understanding of what their managers/reps deal with on a day to day basis in the actual job, and are probably the biggest reason for why so many individuals are leaving, and why the culture has tanked - Great Products....not so great support/service. Has become a huge issue, as this is what Paycor prides themself on and leads with in terms of why Paycor, but over past 6 months there are have been endless amounts of problems with accounts because of quality of service
