Plenty of PTO days, lots of paid holidays, work exclusively from home and they provide equipment. This is where the ro ends and the nightmare begins...
Cons
Pay is garbage. They claim to be in line with pay for the field but you do way more than your role and the money is not even close to what you should be paid. Other departments who only focus on one task are paid several dollars more than us and it's impossible for us to get better wages - Paycor doesn't care. Management is very hit or miss, some good, some horrible for no reason other than to keep their thumb on you, some great and actually care. Company doesn’t care about its employees unless you’re middle management or above. Core values are a lie. Company would spend millions on getting an NFL stadium renamed to Paycor Stadium and then tell employees it cannot afford to give those employees more than a 4% raise (if you even get that). Company will generously give gifts, raises and bonuses to management and above but ignore front line workers and not bend regardless of inflation. Paycor doesn’t care about its employees, period. They have complete months where PTO is blacked out for all employees except those who have been there a while - this means call volume is quadrupled or higher, customers are MAD and you're overworked and they don't care. Your PTO is denied even if put in 6 months prior unless it's during a time when no others want it, which means nothing convenient for you to take - plus you get pointed if you take it AND they will use your PTO too! No sick time. Garbage equipment sent (laptops, etc.), and an IT team that should focus on working fixing Chuck E Cheese machines. Bonuses that are laughable. While it is extra money, it's no where near what we should be getting for all of our hard work performed. With inflation and Paycor now being at or very close to being a Billion Dollar Corp. giving your overworked and severely unpaid, inflation hampered employees maybe .88 cents raise should be illegal. What exactly do you think we're gonna do with maybe $20-$25 per week?? Can you hear me, Paycor? Do you think YOU can live with that kind of money? Where do you think we'll get the most use from that little bitty extra pay? Maybe half a tank of gas? A meal at the store to cook for two? A vacation to France? These are slave wages with what you expect from us. DO BETTER! Giving those in upper management or higher trips and other gifts because you want to celebrate them... what about the front line employees who KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS?! WE are the ones making sure the clients are taken care of. Retained. Helped. We're the ones getting SCREAMED at, Sworn at! But no, you go ahead and give people who make 6 figures salary a nice gift while you ignore those of us who NEED IT and DESERVE it more!! Eventually, you're gonna run out of people to hire, abuse and lose. WE ARE the ones who make Paycor great. We are the ones doing the work to keep your company growing. Ignore us and I hope you lose it all. The customers hate Paycor as it is. Believe or don't, but Paycor is just awful and is just like all other Corporations out there. Give to those in the group and abuse and ignore those of us on the bottom while keeping us there and never giving us anything. I hope this company goes bankrupt, you sincerely don't deserve anything.
