Pros
Wfh, eq provided, good pay, great pto. If you commit to learning the job and show a passion for it, you will go far. This "call center" job is the best I have ever worked at. Having a company finally recognize the value I bring to the table has been amazing.
Cons
Our training department could use a revamp. I almost quit. Month out of training because I felt like I had no business working here. I am someone who generally catches on very quick and by the time I get out of training I'm a rock star. That did not happen here. However I stuck it out and finally everything clicked. I think with some improvement in the training we could prevent people from feeling this way and ultimately leaving.
